Tom Waits – Musical Performance at Edinborgarhúsið
The one-of-a-kind Tom Waits is turning 75 this December. To mark the occasion, a group of talented Westfjords artists will come together to perform some of his songs at a musical tribute in Edinborgarhúsið on Saturday, November 23rd.
The program will feature songs from across Waits’ incredible career, showcasing his astonishingly diverse musical universe: from outsider blues to tropical dance music, from theatrical compositions to funk-infused industrial noise, from swinging tunes to romantic piano ballads – and everything in between.
